Rehabilitation Services


Sometimes an illness or injury can leave an individual unable to function as they once did. Perhaps a stroke has impaired your speech, or an automobile accident has prevented you from using one of your arms or legs and it's just not as strong as the other. Our comprehensive rehabilitation services can help you return to the level of functioning ability that you enjoyed before your illness or injury.

Our rehabilitation services are available to individuals of all ages, whether inpatient or outpatient.

Rehabilitation services include:


Physical Therapy. The primary goals of physical therapy are to restore movement, restore strength, reduce pain & optimize functional abilities for work & recreation. Both inpatient & outpatient services are provided. Outpatient services are provided at 182 Steve Drive in Russell Springs next door to Bennett's Carpet. A physician referral is required and appointments may be made by calling 270-866-4310 or 270-866-4010. Staffing is provided by 3 physical therapists, 4 physical therapy assistants,and 1 technician.

Occupational Therapy. The primary goal of occupational therapy is to optimize upper extremity use for functional activities (i.e. grooming, bathing, feeding, dressing, etc) due to impairments associated with injury / illness /disease. Both inpatient & outpatient services are provided. Outpatient services are provided at 182 Steve Drive in Russell Springs, A physician referral is required and appointments may be made by calling 270-866-4310 or 270-866-4010. Staffing is provided by Alyssa Buras, licensed occupational therapist.



Speech Therapy. The primary goals of speech therapy are to optimize speech, language & swallowing function. Both inpatient & outpatient services are provided. Outpatient services are provided at 182 Steve Drive in Russell Springs. A physician referral is required and appointments may be made by calling 270-866-4310. Staffing is provided by Shaina Eubank,licensed speech / language pathologist (Outpatient) and Vicki Baker, licensed speech/ language pathologist (Inpatient).
